It puts the "I" in the revolutionary "IRP" formula that makes ReVive so effective.
What is Inositol?
Inositol is a natural substance found in many foods and is often included in B-Vitamin supplements to increase their effectiveness even though it is technically not a true B-Vitamin.
Taking inositol regularly can provide many benefits but the reason we have included it in ReVive is due to its effectiveness in restoring healthy "neurotransmitter" function.
Neurotransmitters are the little messengers inside the body that help relay messages between the brain and the rest of the body.
When they are out of order you may feel tired, sluggish and slow to react.
When they are working optimally you are more likely to feel sharp, focused and energised.
A good summary of the effectiveness of inositol can be found here from one of the world's best Strength and Conditioning experts: Mr Charles Poliquin - Click Here To View The Video

You know how to sleep, but do you know how to sleep well? An evening routine may be just what you need...
It's no big secret that stress and anxiety are on the rise.
Now before we go any further I would like to say that I am not a doctor nor do I pretend to be one on the internet, if you are experiencing serious bouts of anxiety and stress please go and see your doctor and also consider seeing a psychologist or other professional therapist.
Now, according to National Survey of Mental Health and Wellbeing conducted by the Australian Bureau of Statistics:
If you've been a follower of Upside Nutrition for awhile you would know that our product ReVive is taken by a variety of people including busy professionals and new mums.
However, a consistent group of people who repeatedly buy ReVive are athletes.
More specifically, athletes who lift HEAVY.
